Shipping Policy
We ship almost entirely via courier.
Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 1 week. However, due to large order volumes, or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order out as soon as possible.
All orders to the value of R500.00 or more will be shipped for free.
All orders under the value of R500.00 will couriered at a cost of R60.00 in South Africa.
Alternatively orders can be collected at our Factory: 14a, 5th Street, Wynberg, Sandton.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with an item, please return it within 14 days. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging for refund or credit. If you receive a damaged or broken item, call us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials. We will credit your account or send you a new item (as you prefer).
Unique Creations will refund your online purchase if you return the Brightlife items to the address below within 30 days of the order date.

Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an online order placed with Brightlife, you must contact at orders@brightlife.co.za within 24 hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, as long as it has not been manufactured yet.
In case your order has not been manufactured, you will receive a full refund. Please note that, if the item has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled as it has been manufactured specifically for you.
